John Banks, Sr., Trustee

John joined the Board of Resident Resources Network in 2023. He is a licensed Minister, Ordained Deacon, and Men’s Ministry Leader at Rhema Christian Center in Columbus, Ohio.  He brings 30 years residential lending experience,  and currently serves as a Community Home Lender with Park National Bank. He previously served as Adjunct Professor in the Mortgage Education department at Hondros College. John attended Kent State University where he majored in Journalism and Writing and minored in English and Pan-African Studies.  John and his wife Ebonie have been married for 20+years and have 5 sons, Leonard, Terrence, Anthony, John and Gerald and live in Pickerington, Ohio.
